Close yer eyes, take several deep breaths while listening to something really transcendental.
think only the following thought:"I can draw"
make it a mantra
after 5 minutes or so, something should come to you, if u believe it will
if that fails, then 'draw' (excuse the pun) from yer experiences

go look up other people's work, find something that inspires you and try to incorporate some of their distinctive features into your doodles. Then just keep doodling till you get an awesome idea!
